17:7. “ನನ್ನ ಸೇವಕನಾದ ದಾವೀದನಿಗೆ ಹೇಳು: ಸರ್ವಶಕ್ತನಾದ ದೇವರು ಹೀಗನ್ನುತ್ತಾನೆ: ‘ಕುರಿಗಳನ್ನು ಮೇಯಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ನಾನು ಆರಿಸಿಕೊಂಡೆನು; ನನ್ನ ಜನರಾದ ಇಸ್ರೇಲರ ಮೇಲೆ ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ಅರಸನನ್ನಾಗಿ ಮಾಡಿದೆನು.

17:7. ಈಗ ನೀನು ನನ್ನ ಸೇವಕನಾದ ದಾವೀದನಿಗೆ ಹೇಳ ಬೇಕಾದದ್ದೇನಂದರೆ--ಸೈನ್ಯಗಳ ಕರ್ತನು ಹೀಗೆ ಹೇಳು ತ್ತಾನೆ--ನೀನು ನನ್ನ ಜನರಾದ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲಿನ ಮೇಲೆ ನಾಯಕನಾಗಿರಲು ಕುರಿಗಳ ಹಿಂದೆ ನಡೆದ ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ನಾನು ಕುರಿಯ ಹಟ್ಟಿಯಿಂದ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡೆನು.

17:7. "So now, say this to my servant David: 'This is what the LORD who commands armies says: "I took you from the pasture and from your work as a shepherd to make you a leader of my people Israel.
